Treating sexual addiction and intimacy anorexia requires special training and unfortunately there are few therapists trained to treat it effectively. Phone counseling and phone groups are available to anyone anywhere to meet your schedule and lifestyle demands. Phone counseling is just like in person therapy, you make an appointment and “show up” on your phone in the convenience of you own home or office. In many areas of the country support groups for partners of addicts are unavailable. Kim has developed a phone group that emphasizes growth through rigorous work in workbooks and accountability. The groups are provided through teleconferencing and are very effective. Phone groups are based on a 12-step process enhanced with exercises in a recovery workbook. There are multiple groups available each week.

I am certified through the American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy as a Sex Recovery Therapist(SRT), Partner Recovery Therapist (PRT), Partner Betrayal Trauma Therapist (PBTT) as well as an Intimacy Anorexia Therapist (IAT). I also am  certified in  two different types of trauma therapy, EMDR and NET.
